We are currently recruiting for an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming school in Enfield, North London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA or HLTA who is looking to take on greater responsibility within the classroom and make a real difference to pupils' learning and development.
The Role:

Supporting pupils across the school with their learning and development

Leading small group and intervention sessions

Providing targeted 1:1 support where required

Supporting teachers with planning, preparation and classroom activities

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Excellent communication and organisation skills
