Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: £115-£135 per day

Remedy Education are looking for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive school based in Enfield.

We are looking for a confident and proactive HLTA who is comfortable supporting pupils across the classroom, delivering interventions and leading lessons when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting pupils with their learning across the curriculum

- Leading small group and 1:1 interventions

- Delivering pre-planned lessons and covering classes when required

- Supporting pupils who may need additional help with their learning

- Helping manage behaviour and maintain a positive classroom environment

- Working closely with teachers to monitor pupil progress

- Preparing resources and supporting lesson delivery

Requirements:

- Previous experience as an HLTA or experienced Teaching Assistant

- HLTA qualification/status is highly desirable

- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

- Confident leading groups and covering lessons

- Good communication and organisational skills

- Reliable, proactive and enthusiastic about supporting pupils
