Luma Education Recruitment is recruiting a full-time Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant for an ongoing long-term supply position at an excellent school in Skegness, Lincolnshire.
The school provides a supportive and structured learning environment for young people with SEN, SEMH and additional learning needs, helping students develop their confidence, independence and engagement with education.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Learning Mentor or Behaviour Support Worker who enjoys building positive relationships with young people and wants to work in a supportive school environment.

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Learning Mentor, Behaviour Support Worker or similar
