Summary
To provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents whilst leading and supporting care staff during each shift. The Senior Carer is responsible for ensuring residents receive safe, effective, compassionate care that promotes dignity, independence, choice, and wellbeing. The post holder will act as a role model for care staff and assist in maintaining compliance with CQC standards, company policies, and relevant legislation.
