Nursing Home Manager
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Bonus
40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

What You’ll Need
Nursing qualification with
valid NMC pin preferred
Proven
experience as a Nursing Home
Manager
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-motivation skills
Passion for elderly care and a resident-focused approach
Ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational priorities
