Outreach Worker to join our Student Services team at our

Aylesbury Campus on a full-time basis.

This role is key to enhancing wellbeing, outreach and inclusive support for learners who may face barriers to engagement, attendance, achievement and progression. You will work closely with students who are disadvantaged, vulnerable or at risk of disengagement, providing targeted, student-centred support that builds confidence, promotes participation and helps learners achieve positive outcomes.

We are looking for an

enthusiastic and compassionate individual with experience of supporting young people, families or vulnerable groups, who is committed to

helping students overcome challenges, thrive in their education and progress successfully into their next steps.

What you'll do:

Identify and engage learners who are at risk of disengagement, non-attendance or poor progression.

Build positive relationships with learners, parents/carers and external partners to support engagement and success.

Deliver outreach and intervention activities that promote attendance, wellbeing and participation.

Use trauma-informed, strengths-based and inclusive approaches to support learners.

Work collaboratively with curriculum teams, support services and external agencies to coordinate effective support plans.

Help learners develop confidence, resilience, independence and readiness for adulthood.

Support progression into further learning, apprenticeships, employment, volunteering or other positive destinations.
