Summary
The Property Acquisition Manager is responsible for sourcing and acquiring suitable properties for Nacro’s services across the Southwest and Southcentral regions. The role involves assessing properties, negotiating leases and commercial terms with landlords and property partners, overseeing necessary repairs and compliance works, and ensuring properties are ready for occupation within agreed timescales. The postholder will also manage property pipelines, meet acquisition and bedspace targets, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and support Nacro’s wider operational and strategic objectives.
