Summary

Job Purpose

To manage the day-to-day operation of a supported accommodation service for young people aged 16–25, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily running of the supported accommodation service.

Lead, supervise, and support staff to deliver high-quality support.

Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory compliance.

Oversee assessments, support plans, risk assessments, and case records.

Work with local authorities and partner agencies to support young people.

Monitor service performance, occupancy, and quality standards.

Promote young people's independence, education, employment, and move-on opportunities.
