Summary

Job description:

We are seeking a qualified quantity surveyor to manage project costs, contracts and financial performance across a range of construction developments.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets and tender documentation.

Monitor project expenditure and valuations.

Manage contracts and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.

Produce financial reports and final accounts.

Ensure projects achieve value for money while maintaining quality.
