Summary

Job description:

We are recruiting a construction project manager to oversee construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate and manage construction projects.

Prepare project schedules, budgets and resource plans.

Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants.

Monitor health & safety and regulatory compliance.

Manage project risks, quality and reporting.
