As a Receptionist at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you’ll be the welcoming face and guiding voice for our guests — ensuring every arrival, stay and departure is seamless, personalised and memorable. With a focus on genuine hospitality, attention to detail and Nobu’s crafted approach, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the guest experience from start to finish.

You will

Create a warm, welcoming and lasting impression for every guest

Manage the full guest journey from pre-arrival to post-stay with care and precision

Build genuine relationships with guests, especially VIPs and repeat visitors

Provide attentive, natural and friendly service that reflects Nobu standards

Answer guest enquiries and follow up promptly and professionally

Maintain a tidy, presentable reception area with all necessary materials

Be immaculately presented in correct uniform at all times

Use OPERA proficiently to capture and manage guest information

Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised, crafted experiences

Handle cashiering duties securely and manage a personal float accurately

Resolve issues swiftly and empathetically, logging and following up as needed

Uphold safety procedures and ensure secure access via the reception desk
