Your New Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Humanities Teacher to join the school from 2nd November 2026 through to the end of the academic year.
This is a part-time position working four days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday). The successful candidate will deliver:
History - KS3
Geography - KS3
Religious Studies - KS3 & KS4
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire students to develop a deeper understanding of the world around them, encouraging curiosity, critical thinking and a passion for learning. Working within a supportive Humanities department, you will help ensure students make excellent progress and achieve their full potential.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Humanities subjects at secondary level
- Ability to teach Religious Studies at KS3 and KS4
- Strong classroom management skills
- A passion for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Commitment to raising attainment and supporting all learners
- ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply
