Working Pattern: Monday - Sunday, covering day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Are you a vigilant, adaptable security professional who thrives in a varied working environment?
We are looking for dependable and flexible individuals to join our national security relief pool.
As a SOC Relief Officer, you will provide security cover at client sites, sometimes at short notice, helping to safeguard employees, visitors and assets.
As this is a relief position, assignments may vary by location, shift pattern and notice period. You will need to adapt confidently to different client environments while following site instructions and maintaining ISS standards.
The Role
Maintain physical security at client premises.
Conduct regular patrols.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents.
Enforce access control and verify individual identities.
Provide excellent customer service to visitors.
Keep accurate records of security-related activities.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Uphold high professional standards.
About You
Requirements:
Valid frontline SIA license (CCTV Desirable).
Own vehicle.
Successful completion of BS7858 security screening, including verification of your employment, unemployment and education history for the previous five years.
Experience:
Proven security experience.
Strong observational and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent customer service skills.
