Summary

Sales Manager – Epsom

We are recruiting for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager, Car Sales Manager or Dealership Sales Manager to join a growing dealership in Epsom. Applicants should have strong motor trade sales management experience, with good knowledge of stock management, sales performance, compliance and dealership operations.

Job Details:

Location: Epsom

Salary: £40,000–£50,000 basic

OTE: £80,000+

Company Car: Included

Hours: 8:30am–6:00pm Monday to Saturday with a day off in lieu. Sundays on a rota, 10:00am–4:00pm

Sales Manager Role

- Manage the day-to-day operation and performance of the sales department

- Take ownership of vehicle sourcing, stock levels and stock management

- Ensure vehicle preparation and photography are completed to required standards

- Monitor departmental budgets, performance measures and customer feedback

- Maintain accurate sales processes, documentation and compliance standards

- Work alongside the Sales Controller to support effective sales-floor operations

- Help develop the department as the sales team grows from 5 to 8 people

Sales Manager Requirements

- Strong automotive sales management experience

- Good vehicle sourcing and stock-management experience

- Understanding of dealership sales processes, budgets and performance measures

- Knowledge of automotive compliance requirements

- Highly organised with excellent attention to operational detail

- Previous experience within a dealer group or manufacturer-franchised environment is advantageous

- Confident using dealership management and sales systems

- Full UK Driving Licence expected – subject to confirmation

- Right to work in the UK
