Summary

Service Advisor – Walton-on-Thames

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Service Receptionist to join a busy automotive aftersales operation in Walton-on-Thames. Applicants should have previous experience in a similar automotive customer-facing role, strong administration and computer skills, and the right to work in the UK.

Job Details:

Location: Walton-on-Thames

Salary: £32,000 basic + bonus OTE 45k+

Hours: 42 hours per week – Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:30pm, plus Saturday mornings 8:00am–12:30pm on a rota

Service Advisor Role

- Manage customer and workshop enquiries quickly and professionally

- Build strong customer relationships and manage expectations

- Process customer orders accurately and within required timescales

- Complete aftersales administration accurately and efficiently

- Support workshop vehicle health check processes

- Receive orders, process returns and assist with stock administration

- Answer customer calls and provide a high standard of customer service

Service Advisor Requirements

- Previous Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or similar automotive customer-facing experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong customer service and relationship-building ability

- Good administration skills with strong attention to detail

- Confident using computer-based systems

- Able to work independently and as part of an aftersales team

- Right to work in the UK
