What You’ll Do:

Use your CPI skills to de-escalate challenging situations safely

Deliver personal care with empathy and respect

Help individuals with daily living tasks and routines

Administer medication confidently and keep accurate records

Spot triggers, respond calmly, and provide one-to-one support

Encourage independence, confidence, and wellbeing every day
