Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated care workers to provide exceptional support to individuals in their home environment. The successful candidates will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals by delivering personalised care with professionalism and empathy.

The service will operate between the hours of 07.00am and 22.00hrs. Seven days a week.

Working shifts will be betwen these times.

Alternate weekend working will be required.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalised care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support

Administer medication following prescribed instructions and maintain accurate records

Support individuals with meal preparation and nutritional needs

Assist with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable environment

Maintain clear communication with individual, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent standards of care provision.
