Learning Mentor / Teaching Assistant (Pupil Specific)Grade 3, point 5 £26,427 FTEActual Salary £18,052.3030 hours per weekTerm time including 1 Trust Development Day plus 1 school Inset Day.Start Date: ASAPWe are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and committed pupil specific LearningMentor to join our team at Ralph Allen School.The successful candidate will be working 1-1 with a female student, implementing the strategies and advice included in their Personal Care Plan. Under a genuine occupational requirement (GOR) and per the student's Care Plan, this role requires a female as you will be providing tailored support to a child with evolving needs, adapting strategies as necessary to help them succeed academically and socially.Previous experience working with children, young people, or adults with specific additional needs would be beneficial.Our school belongs to the Palladian Academy Trust, which is passionate about providing opportunities for all its pupils and staff.
