You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an empathetic approach, and a genuine desire to promote independence, inclusion, and wellbeing. Working closely with the SENDCo, Lead Communication Partner, teaching staff, parents, and external professionals, you will provide communication, personal care, mobility, and emotional support throughout the school day. You will help implement EHCP outcomes, facilitate the use of specialist communication tools, support physiotherapy and personal care programmes, and encourage the student's independence, social inclusion, and emotional wellbeing.
