-Work collaboratively with Prison and Community Offender Managers, the Treatment Manager and Psychology Team, actively participating in supervision and quality assurance processes.
-Support the wider rehabilitative culture at HMP Millsike by delivering staff awareness sessions, undertaking professional development and contributing positively to continuous improvement.

-Understanding of psychological and/or criminological theory, group dynamics and techniques for motivating and engaging individuals.
-Experience of motivational interviewing, appropriately challenging behaviour and supporting others in their professional practice.
-Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills, with intermediate IT capability including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems.
Desirable
-Previous experience working directly with offenders within a prison or community setting.
-Experience delivering structured group-based or one-to-one interventions.
-Knowledge of sentence management, rehabilitation and reducing reoffending approaches.
