Summary
The Management Consultant and Business Analyst will analyse business information, operational processes and organisational requirements to identify areas for improvement and provide practical recommendations to management. The role will support business planning, process improvement, performance analysis and implementation of improved business practices.
Summary of job description:
Responsible for analysing business information and operational data to identify trends, issues, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Gather information from different departments and stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational challenges. Review existing business processes, procedures and working practices and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and business performance.
Prepare business reports, management summaries, spreadsheets, presentations, business plans and proposals to support management decision-making. Analyse business performance information and assist management in identifying appropriate solutions to operational and commercial issues.
Work with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate findings into practical recommendations and actions. Support the development and implementation of improved business processes and procedures and monitor their effectiveness following implementation.
Maintain accurate business records, databases and documentation and analyse relevant information to support business planning and operational activities. Monitor key operational activities, identify outstanding issues and follow up with relevant departments to ensure agreed actions are completed.
Conduct customer, marketing and business analysis to support business development and operational planning. Investigate discrepancies and business issues, gather relevant information and provide analytical findings and recommendations to management.
Assist with reviewing organisational processes, controls and procedures and recommend improvements where appropriate. Prepare and maintain appropriate documentation relating to business requirements, process reviews, analysis and recommendations.
Work collaboratively with management, internal departments, customers and other stakeholders to gather information, communicate findings and support the successful implementation of business improvements.
Ensure confidential business and customer information is handled appropriately and maintain professional standards when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
Working closely with the senior leadership team and reporting directly to the Group Head of Marketing, you will support all marketing efforts while managing and maintaining a well-organised library of digital assets for use across multiple campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce a wide range of digital and print assets, including social media graphics, animations, videos, photography, infographics, advertising materials, newsletters, and logos.
Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and fit for purpose.
Organise, store, and maintain digital assets in a structured and accessible manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
