What You’ll Need
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding
Recent experience in a nursery or early years setting
Ability to manage a group of children confidently
What You’ll Do
Deliver daily care and learning activities in line with EYFS
Plan and adapt activities based on children’s development
Maintain accurate observations and progress records
Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are followed
Work closely with colleagues to maintain consistent room practice
Communicate effectively with parents and carers
