Summary
Room Leader (Level 3+) – Toddler Room - Up to £35,000
This nursery has been carefully designed to give children space to play, explore, and grow at their own pace. The pre-school room is busy and well resourced, with daily access to a large outdoor learning garden and routines that supports school readiness. The Room Leader plays a key role in shaping the day, guiding practice in the room, and providing consistency for both children and staff.

What You’ll Need
Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
Recent
experience in a pre-school or nursery setting
Confidence leading a room and supporting staff
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Additional training in safeguarding or child development
What You’ll Do
Lead the daily running of the pre-school room
Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support learning and development
Create a calm, engaging environment where children can thrive
Support and guide practitioners within the room
Maintain accurate observations, planning, and documentation
Work closely with parents and the wider nursery team
