Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Wandsworth – £26,000–£35,000 – 40 hours per week

 

Children spend their day here in bright rooms filled with natural light, with small groups that allow practitioners to give genuine attention to each child. Outdoor play spaces and a small vegetable patch are part of daily learning, supporting a calm and stimulating early years environment.

What You’ll Need

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification

  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

  • Good understanding of

    EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements

  • Ability to

    support children’s development through play-based learning

 

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and deliver EYFS activities that support children’s development and learning

  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel secure and engaged

  • Observe and record children’s progress, supporting development planning

  • Maintain safeguarding and health and safety standards across the nurser

  • Work closely with colleagues and room leaders to maintain consistent routine

  • Communicate with parents and carers about children’s daily activities and development
