What You'll Be Doing
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will help create a safe, stimulating and enjoyable environment where children can learn and thrive.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Providing outstanding care and support to children.
Planning and leading fun, engaging activities.
Supporting children's learning and development.
Observing and recording children's progress.
Supporting children's development in line with the EYFS.
Working positively with colleagues, parents and carers.
Maintaining excellent safeguarding, health and safety standards.
Encouraging children's confidence, independence and wellbeing.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
Level 3 qualified in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Experienced within a nursery or early years environment.
Passionate about working with children.
Caring, reliable and enthusiastic.
Confident working as part of a team.
A strong communicator.
Knowledgeable about the EYFS.
Committed to providing high-quality childcare.
