Summary
Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner
Up to £27,900 per annum (Depending on Experience and Qualifications)

What We're Looking For
Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A warm, caring, and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
Plan and participate in engaging, play-based learning experiences
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can flourish
Observe, assess, and support children's individual learning and development
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team to deliver exceptional childcare
Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
