A highly inclusive specialist school in West Drayton is seeking a committed Specialist SEND Support Assistant to join their team immediately. This long‑term role offers the chance to support pupils with complex needs in a calm, structured and therapeutic environment.
This is a well‑resourced SEND provision with a strong therapeutic ethos and a leadership team that is hands‑on, supportive and invested in staff development. Pupils present with a range of needs including ASC, SLD, communication challenges and sensory processing differences, and the school prioritises consistency, emotional safety and personalised support.
