SEND Learning Support Assistant - Long‑Term Role (September Start)
West Drayton £14.63-£16.53 per hour Full‑time | Monday-Friday
A welcoming and well‑established specialist school in West Drayton is looking for a dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September. This long‑term role offers the chance to support pupils with a wide range of complex needs within a calm, structured and highly nurturing environment.

The school is a purpose‑built specialist provision with excellent resources and a strong therapeutic ethos. Leaders are hands‑on, supportive and committed to developing staff at all levels. Pupils present with needs including ASC, SLD, communication challenges and sensory processing differences, and the school places a strong emphasis on consistency, emotional safety and personalised support.
Your Role

Provide 1:1 and small‑group support for pupils with SEND
