Summary

Outreach Tutors - Bespoke SEND Tuition (Cambridgeshire)

Inspire EHC is looking for Outreach Tutors to deliver bespoke 1:1 and small‑group tuition for primary-aged learners with Autism, SEMH, EBSA, and complex needs.

As An Outreach Tutor, Your Impact Will Include:

· Plan and deliver personalised learning pathways to primary aged learners

· Use creative, flexible teaching approaches

· Build strong, trusting relationships

· Support academic progress and emotional wellbeing

· Commuting to locations throughout Cambridgeshire

Outreach Tutors Requirements

· QTS or strong Primary teaching experience

· Trauma‑informed mindset

· Adaptability and resilience

· Travel to a mix of rural and city locations throughout Cambridgeshire

· Available for a mix of 10/15/25/30 hour contracts
