Summary
Learning Mentor - Bespoke SEND Support across Cambridgeshire
Inspire EHC is seeking a compassionate and committed Learning Mentor to provide bespoke 1:1 and small-group support for primary-aged learners with Autism, SEMH, EBSA and complex needs across Cambridgeshire.
As a Learning Mentor, you will:
· Deliver personalised learning and mentoring support that helps pupils re-engage with education
· Use creative, flexible and nurturing approaches tailored to each learner's individual needs
· Build positive, trusting relationships with learners, families, schools and other professionals
· Support emotional wellbeing, confidence, routines and readiness to learn
· Travel to learner locations across Cambridgeshire, including home, community, rural and city-based settings
What we are looking for in our Learning Mentors
· Experience supporting children or young people with SEND, SEMH, EBSA or complex needs
· A patient, trauma-informed and relationship-led approach
· The ability to adapt learning and mentoring support to suit individual needs
· Strong communication skills, resilience and a calm, reliable manner
· Availability for 10, 15, 25 or 30-hour contract options
