Summary

Service Advisor – North London

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Service Receptionist to join a busy dealership in North London. Applicants must have strong customer service and communication skills, be comfortable identifying additional sales opportunities and working in a target-driven environment, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Job Details:

Location: Staples Corner, North London

Salary: £32,000 basic + bonus

OTE: £44,000+

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm with a 1-hour lunch. 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30am–5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch

Service Advisor Role

- Welcome customers and manage their vehicle service and repair journey

- Act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop

- Keep customers updated on repair progress, costs and completion times

- Promote relevant repairs and additional services following Technician recommendations

- Schedule workshop appointments accurately and efficiently

- Complete pre-appointment calls and confirm customer bookings

- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records on internal systems

Service Advisor Requirements

- Previous Service Advisor, Aftersales or relevant automotive customer service experience

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Confident identifying customer needs and additional sales opportunities

- Comfortable working towards targets in a busy dealership environment

- Excellent organisation and time-management skills

- Ability to work effectively under pressure

- Full UK Driving Licence – essential

- Right to work in the UK
