Its Nottingham base forms part of a wider delivery network serving customers nationally, with a significant proportion of deliveries completed using its own fleet.Key responsibilities• Drive an HGV Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly• Complete delivery routes across the local and wider area• Carry out vehicle checks before and after each journey• Load, secure and unload goods safely• Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records• Provide professional customer service at delivery locations• Follow road safety, transport and company procedures• Report any vehicle, delivery or safety issues promptlySkills and qualifications• Valid UK Category C licence• Driver CPC qualification and digital tachograph card• Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience preferred• Good knowledge of road safety and vehicle checks• Reliable, punctual and professional approach• Physically able to assist with loading and unloading• Clear communication and good organisational skills• A safe and responsible attitude to drivingBenefits• £16 per hour• Paid every Wednesday• Local Nottingham-based opportunityThis is a temporary, days-based position offering regular weekly pay and the opportunity to work with a local employer.Apply today.
