Do you have a passion for supporting children’s learning and development through engaging activities?
Are you enthusiastic about outdoor learning and helping children explore through a Forest School environment?
TeacherActive is proud to be working with a small independent nursery in York with a welcoming environment and a fantastic Forest School provision. The nursery provides children with opportunities to learn, explore and develop through engaging indoor and outdoor experiences.
The nursery is looking to take on a Nursery Practitioner on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children throughout their early years development, helping to provide a safe, stimulating environment while delivering engaging activities and supporting learning through play.
The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:
• A minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• A positive and enthusiastic approach to working with children
• The ability to work effectively as part of a nursery team
• A flexible and adaptable approach
