Are you reliable, caring and committed to providing children with a positive start to their education?
TeacherActive is proud to be working with a small, friendly and well-established nursery in York, who are looking to appoint a Nursery Practitioner. The nursery provides a welcoming environment where children are supported to learn, develop and thrive.
The nursery is looking to take on a Nursery Practitioner on a permanent, part-time basis with an immediate start. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children within the Early Years setting, helping to provide engaging activities and a safe, nurturing environment.
The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:
- Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare is desirable
- Experience working with children within an Early Years setting
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
- A caring and positive approach
- Reliability and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- An extra day off for your birthday
