The Role:

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged and motivated in their learning. You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of subjects and school environments, making every day different and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lessons across a range of secondary subjects using work provided by the school.

Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.

Adapt confidently to different schools, year groups, and departments.

Support students in their learning and encourage participation.

Provide feedback and handover notes to teaching staff where required.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status

Experience teaching within UK Secondary Schools.

Strong behaviour management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A flexible, professional, and proactive approach.

A passion for education and supporting young people.

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
