As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure students remain engaged in their learning. No two days are the same, making this a fantastic role for someone who enjoys variety and building relationships across different school settings.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across a variety of secondary subjects.

- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and confidently.

- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

- Ensure students remain on task and motivated throughout lessons.

- Adapt quickly to different classrooms, departments, and school environments.

- Provide feedback to teaching staff where required.

What We're Looking For:

- Qualified Teacher Status and relevant secondary classroom experience.

- Strong classroom management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- A flexible and proactive approach to teaching.

- A genuine passion for supporting young people and their education.

- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
