What is a Cover Supervisor?Cover Supervisors play a vital role in secondary schools by supervising classes during the short-term absence of a teacher. You'll lead lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring students remain focused, engaged, and on task.The best part?✅ No lesson planning required

All lesson resources and instructions are provided by the school, allowing you to focus on managing the classroom and supporting pupils' learning.

What We're Looking ForWe are seeking enthusiastic, confident and reliable individuals who:

Have experience working with young people aged 11-16

Possess strong communication and behaviour management skills

Can confidently lead a classroom environment

Are considering a future career in teaching or education

Are flexible and adaptable across different subjects and schools
