Registered Nursing Home Manager (NMC Registered) – Up to £65,000

 

Lead a well-established, Good CQC-rated nursing home, providing strong leadership and maintaining high standards of care. The service supports older adults with nursing and dementia needs in a settled, dementia-friendly environment.

    current NMC registration and prior experience as a Nursing Home Manager.

  • Applicants must have managed nursing services supporting older adults and dementia care.

  • This position is not suitable for candidates without registered manager-level experience.

What You’ll Need

  • Current

    NMC registration (RGN/RMN)

  • Proven

    experience as a Registered Nursing Home Manager

  • Strong knowledge of dementia care, clinical governance, and regulation

  • Confidence managing staff, budgets, and service performance

  • Ability to meet registered manager accountability requirements

  • Experience leading Good or Outstanding-rated services

  • Experience managing improvement or inspection readiness

  • Lead the overall operation of the nursing home, ensuring safe and effective care

  • Maintain compliance with CQC, NMC, and safeguarding requirements

  • Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing and care teams

  • Oversee staffing, rotas, and performance management

  • Monitor quality, audits, and continuous improvement plans

  • Build professional relationships with families and external professionals
