Summary
We are looking for an E-Commerce Assistant to join our Operations Team. You will be responsible for listing and selling items using online platforms other than eBay. You will work onsite within the community identifying suitable items for online sales, researching items, creating listings and dispatching items once sold.
We currently have an online retail presence on eBay, as well as the onsite social enterprise. Our site comprises accommodation for up to 48 residents, a large retail shop and coffee shop, and smaller retail spaces. We also have residential, warehouse, workshop and office spaces, plus extensive grounds.
We are generously supported by our local community, who donate a wide range of items for us to sell within our social enterprise. This new role will help us sell items using the most appropriate platforms. You will develop our presence on platforms such as Vinted, Depop and TikTok.
The ideal candidate will have experience of selling using a range of online sales platforms and be able to contribute to the online sales activity of our social enterprise. You will have excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
