Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable family-run franchise-approved car dealership in Bridgend for the position of Vehicle Technician. This is a great Vehicle Technician opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dedicated team committed to high standards of vehicle service, repair, and diagnostics.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

- Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs to manufacturer standards

- Accurately identify vehicle faults and report findings to management

- Ensure repairs and diagnostics meet safety, reliability, and performance requirements

- Adhere to health & safety protocols and quality procedures at all times

- Maintain high standards of workmanship and organisation within the workshop

- Work efficiently within a franchise dealer-approved environment

- Collaborate as part of a friendly, professional team to deliver exemplary customer service

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

- Qualifications: IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

- Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Bridgend

- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points

- Strong team player with excellent attention to detail

- Ability to work to high standards in a busy workshop environment

- Organised, methodical, and committed to quality workmanship
