Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable franchised car dealership based in Croydon, Surrey, seeking a professional and experienced Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for automotive professionals to develop their career within a well-established dealership environment.

Duties of the Service Advisor:

- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon their arrival at the service department

- Consult with customers regarding vehicle service needs and provide accurate recommendations

- Efficiently schedule and manage service appointments

- Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance

- Provide customers with detailed and accurate cost estimates, obtaining approval prior to work

- Promote additional services, accessories, and maintenance plans to maximise revenue

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and work completed

- Ensure high standards of customer care and communication throughout the service process

Requirements of the Service Advisor:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership or automotive environment

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail

- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in automotive service software and computer literacy

- Genuine passion for cars and delivering outstanding customer experiences
