Summary

We are recruiting for the position of Service Advisor on behalf of a respected car dealership group in Epsom, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking a stable and rewarding career within a well-established and supportive dealership environment.

Duties of a Service Advisor:

- Provide high-quality customer service and effective communication with clients

- Advise customers on vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service plans

- Manage customer appointments and liaise with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow

- Generate quotations and upsell appropriate services and parts

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history

- Strive to exceed customer expectations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction

- Handle enquiries and support the workshop with effective coordination

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information confidentially

- Demonstrable enthusiasm and commitment to delivering outstanding service

- Familiarity with dealership management systems and service processes

- Residing within approximately half an hour’s commute of Epsom, Surrey
