This is a night-shift role offering a minimum of 8 hours’ pay per shift, with overtime available and the possibility of permanent employment.About the companyThe employer is an established, family-run logistics business based in Worcestershire. The business also provides specialist transport and handling solutions as part of its broader logistics activities.Key responsibilities• Driving an HGV Class 1 vehicle safely and responsibly• Completing delivery and collection work in line with agreed schedules• Carrying out vehicle checks before and after shifts• Ensuring goods are handled securely and paperwork is completed accurately• Complying with drivers’ hours, tachograph and transport regulations• Maintaining professional standards when dealing with customers and site teamsSkills and qualifications• Valid HGV Class 1 licence• Current Driver CPC qualification• Valid digital tachograph card• Previous Class 1 driving experience• Good knowledge of road safety and drivers’ hours regulations• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious approach• Ability to work independently on night shifts• Good communication and organisational skillsBenefits• £19.00–£20.00 per hour• Minimum of 8 hours paid• Paid every Wednesday• Overtime available• Opportunity for permanent employment• Opportunity to be considered by local employersApply today.
