This is a night-shift role offering a minimum of 8 hours’ pay per shift.Key responsibilities• Driving an HGV Class 1 vehicle safely and responsibly• Completing planned deliveries and collections• Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects• Ensuring loads are secure and delivered in good condition• Completing delivery paperwork and maintaining accurate records• Providing professional service at collection and delivery points• Following all relevant road safety, transport and site proceduresSkills and qualifications• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving licence• Driver CPC qualification and digital tachograph card• Previous Class 1 driving experience• Good knowledge of UK roads and transport regulations• Reliable, safety-conscious and professional approach• Ability to work independently on night shifts• Good communication and time-management skillsAbout the companyBased in Worcestershire, the company provides road haulage, warehousing, storage and distribution services, including ambient food logistics and abnormal-load transport.
