The company supports the movement, handling and distribution of goods and is seeking dependable people to join its operational workforce on a temporary basis.The roleWe are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to support day-to-day warehouse and yard operations in Hereford. You will help move, load and unload goods safely and efficiently while maintaining a tidy and organised working area.Key responsibilities• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and responsibly• Loading and unloading vehicles• Moving stock and materials around the site• Checking goods for visible damage and reporting any issues• Following site procedures, health and safety requirements and manual handling guidance• Supporting the wider warehouse and transport team as requiredSkills and qualifications• Valid counterbalance forklift qualification• Recent experience operating a counterbalance forklift• Good awareness of workplace health and safety• Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team• Physically capable of working in a busy industrial environment• Good communication and attention to detailWhat’s included• £15 to £16 per hour• Day shifts• Minimum of 8 hours paid• Paid every Wednesday• Overtime opportunities• Opportunity for permanent employment• Visibility to local employersThis is a temporary position offering regular work and the potential for a permanent opportunity for the right person.Apply today.
