Your Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead learning, improvement and quality assurance across Family Help in Stockport.
You will help drive family help transformation, support delivery of the Early Help Strategy and contribute to the Families First Partnership transformation programme. Working closely with senior leaders, practitioners and partners, you will strengthen services, use data and quality assurance to inform improvement, and help ensure children and families receive the right help at the right time.
About You
You will be a qualified social worker with substantial experience of supporting children and families and leading projects, change and service improvement.
You will bring strong leadership, programme management and analytical skills, alongside experience of partnership working, delivering training and coordinating quality assurance activity. A confident communicator and influencer, you will be able to build positive relationships, turn learning into action and lead change in a complex environment.
