Administrator – Cefni - Be Part of Something Bigger

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our distribution operation.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Branch Managers, you'll provide essential administrative support across the distribution function, helping to ensure goods are processed efficiently and operational records are maintained accurately. Working closely with yard and distribution teams, you'll be a key point of contact, supporting communication and helping the operation run smoothly day to day.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting Branch Managers with operational reporting and administrative tasks.

Liaising with yard and distribution teams to ensure the efficient processing of inbound and outbound deliveries.

Handling customer enquiries and delivering excellent customer service.

Building and maintaining positive working relationships with branch colleagues and key stakeholders.

Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation.

Assisting with stock, delivery, and operational administration activities.

Supporting communication between departments to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Carrying out general administrative duties including data entry, filing, correspondence, and document management.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. You'll also have:

Previous administration experience, ideally within a logistics, distribution, warehouse, or operational environment.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.

The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
