We rely on our Credit Control Supervisors to manage relationships with our customers to enable us to maintain their accounts and enable continued trade across the business.
Working in one of our central support teams, you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Collecting payments via telephone, letter, and email.
Managing a portfolio of accounts and chasing payments
Conducting credit reviews and setting up new accounts
Handling internal and external queries
Allocating and reconciling cash
Resolving internal and external queries
Approving credit limits and new account applications
Negotiating repayment plans with customers
Ensure payments are chased for overdue accounts
Supporting the legal collection of debt
Assisting with month-end close and debtors reporting
Training credit controllers
Manage the credit control team

What You’ll Bring:
