Summary

About YouMorley College is seeking two energetic and enthusiastic Youth engagement and outreach assistants to work with 16–18-year-olds at our North Kensington and Chelsea centres. The successful candidates will have strong people skills and a passion for helping young people achieve their full potential.About the RoleThey will play a prominent role in our student hubs, helping to signpost students to college services, as part of our wider student experience team. The role involves working closely with Morley’s Youth and Community Outreach Officer to support our young people to attend and engage with their education. This will include 1:1 support. The ability to liaise with curriculum staff, other college services such as ALS and Wellbeing, and with local schools, parents and carers is essential.About Morley College LondonEstablished in 1889, and with our roots stretching back even further, Morley College London is one of the country’s oldest and largest specialist providers of adult education.
