About the Role

Our client, a well-established manufacturer of high-quality rugs and carpets based in Birmingham, is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role with a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect finished rugs and carpets to ensure they meet quality standards

Identify defects, inconsistencies, or production issues

Accurately record inspection data using an iPad

Work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns

Ensure all products meet customer and company specifications

Maintain a clean and organised work area

Requirements

Previous experience in a quality inspection, manufacturing, or production role preferred

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable using an iPad for reporting and data entry (essential)

Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
